Privacy policy
This site uses anonymous, cookieless analytics (Umami) and sets no cookies. The only other data that leaves your device is what you write in the contact form.
Data controller
Olivier Drot, whose details appear in the legal notice, is the controller for the processing described below.
Data collected
The contact form collects your name, your email address, the subject of your enquiry, the content of your message and the language of the page you wrote from. No other field is collected, and no data is enriched from a third-party source. The host also keeps technical connection logs, including your IP address, for security and service operation.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the exchange it starts. Processing rests on steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and on the legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry.
Recipients and processors
Messages are received and stored by Netlify, Inc., which hosts this site, then forwarded by email to the publisher's business mailbox, hosted by an email service provider. Netlify is established in the United States: transfers outside the European Union rely on the mechanisms provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation. No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. You may ask for deletion before that term.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. To exercise it, write to the address given in the legal notice. You will receive a reply within one month.
If that reply does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It uses Umami, an anonymous, cookieless analytics tool, which counts visits without collecting personal data or tracking you across sites. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser local storage: that value never leaves your device, is never transmitted, and is strictly necessary to the service you asked for.
