I am a developer and consultant. I like taking on an existing system, understanding what holds it together and helping the team move it forward.
A background grounded in software
For over twenty years, I have worked on software and how it gets delivered: development, API integrations, testing, architecture and technical mentoring. I started in industry, with development and project management for EADS and Airbus, including a distributed computing portal, then team leadership and production releases for Naval Group. From 2011 to 2018, I audited and brought test coverage to more than fifteen PHP and Laravel client projects, before moving to SaaS platforms and business applications.
I have worked remotely for over ten years, in French and English. My academic work already focused on multi-agent systems. Today, that subject is part of my everyday development practice.
How I work with your team
I start by understanding your constraints and agreeing on scope. I work in your repositories and tools, with a technical point of contact to set priorities and share decisions.
Handover is part of the engagement: tests, documentation and discussions should enable your team to continue. For AI workflows, I adapt the setup to your stack alongside your technical leads.
My development workshop
Synapse, my lab
Synapse is the agent orchestrator I am building in Go. It explores the path from an objective to tasks executed in isolated environments, then checked and reviewed before integration.
Building it has confronted me with tests that pass without proving much, rules forgotten during a session and drift that CI was not checking for. Those observations inform how I design checks and workflows.
What I validate there, I then set up for clients, adapted to their stack and their team.
